The Charthouse restaurant is consistently commended and featured in all major guides and awards.  From it’s opening in 1997, Annascaul Black Pudding has consistently featured as one of its patrons favourite starters.

Annascaul Black Pudding has been served topped with chutney, wrapped in filo pastry and served with a jus. Lemongrass or rosemary jus work very well with this dish as has a delicious hollandaise sauce. It has been served as a Crisp Annascaul black pudding hash, topped with soft poached free range egg and wholegrain mustard cream.
