Annascaul White Pudding Ingredients

Prime back bacon, gammon, pearl barley, rusk, milk, salt, pepper, spices and seasonings.

Annascaul White Pudding is softer in texture than the black, bacon is used in place of blood. It is packed full of flavour.

Annascaul Pork Sausages

Prime Irish pork, (75%), rusk, our own blend of seasonings and spices, water, permitted preservatives.

Annascaul Pork sausages are very high in quality Irish pork content. Compare our fat content to other sausages… it is less than half that of competing sausages. The sausages are filled by hand in to natural lamb casings rather than machine filled into synthetic casings.
