We make our own gougons from guaranteed Irish chickens. We dip the gougons in flour, free-range egg and coat in bread crumbs - absolutely nothing else added. A big hit with adults and kids alike. Try as a main course, as a canapé or as a starter. Just pop in the oven or deep fry. They are a great "back up" dinner to have in the freezer!
